Minor fix to sprite and rebalance of loot distribution

Quick update on a visual piece to say Roll D4 instead of Roll Dice D4 (all Dice were updated that way). Personally thought it looked better.

Added full 3d Models for D4, D6, D8, D10, D12, D20, and D100 dice.

Added actions to roll the varying dice all implemented to roll its intended value range

Added a Bag of Dice

A recipe is in game that allows for the Bag of Dice to empty a full set of D4-D100 dice into your inventory. If you have a full set of dice you can also make it into a Bag of Dice.

This is the first time doing a Loot Distribution so values may be slightly off - Mapped out for higher spawns in Toy Stores but can be found in schools, wardrobes, bars, and varying general crates/containers.
