- Minimum ideology required to join a faction is now 0 (i.e. condition removed)
- World tension requirement for joining factions reduced by 100% for all countries
- This is done by adding the modifier to the economic laws, but not special laws like Undisturbed Isolation (So USA can't join faction immediately)
- Increased score gain per pass in a peace conference (less clicks)
- Increased event timeout from 13 days to 20 days (more time to decide event option)

- Updated defense treaties to give a positive opinion modifier when agreed and removed faction restriction
- Added a new trade agreement diplomatic action which significantly increases trade opinion when agreed
> There are 10% more resources available and each civilian factory is worth 25% more in the trade
- Added diplo actions to break defense treaties and trade agreements
- Defense treaties and trade agreements now break if war is declared (don't know how you'd manage the first...)
- Edited the embargo mod to be mutually-exclusive with the new trade agreement diplo action
- Updated music triggers
- Added the "League of Nations"
