Updated to now also unlock agents for Ogre camp armies. Additionally, adjusted the horde bundles script to be culture- instead of faction-based to allow for the detection of minor Vampire Coast and Ogre factions enabled by faction unlocker mods.

Added scripted effect bundles for Vampire Coast horde armies. Changed the previous Nakai bundle to hidden like the new VC ones (no icon in the UI). Backwards compatible with existing saves using the old version.

Updated incorrect scope for Beastmen agents. Should be working as intended now.
Switched to a single universal effect for agent cap rather than individual per-agent type effects.
