Added support for making Lords and Heroes edible.

This only applies when you are using this mod in combination with another supported mod which adds Gnoblar lords and heroes. All the lords and heroes in the base game are ogres.

Gnoblar lords and heroes can be eaten for twice the normal food value. Being eaten understandably kills them.

You cannot eat immortal units.

Note for Translators: The following new loc keys were added:
mod_snack_button_immortal_character_selected
mod_snack_button_entire_army

Updated to support Vandy's Mod Configuration Tool.

Available settings:
- Enable or Disable the mod
- Change the quantity of meat given per Gnoblar.
