- Shang Yang is now Imperial City
- Fixed the upkeep for level 8, it was +5 instead of -5
- Tzeentch is now 6 in Imperial city instead of 7
- Reduced recruitement duration penatly. It is +2 for level 1 and 2, and +1 for level 3 and 4

- Boris Ursun is now with a suitabality of 6 instead of 5 in Darklans. Still some penalties, but a bit less severe, it should help with his starting position.

- Fixed a type for Dwarves, with some "_" stray characters in their effect description.
