Drastically reduced rune shared cooldowns.
Reduced the speed of (Master) Rune of Negation's healing explosion to prevent unintended overhealing.
Fixed numerous icon and text issues with rune magic that I'd not noticed previously.

Fires of Change now provides minor barrier regen.

Updated all tables to current version.
Replaced a small number of effects altered/removed by CA.
Stability restored.

Balance:
Increased non-overcast spell costs for a few Tzeentch and one Nurgle spell.

Added ammo replenishment effect to Glean Magic (for the benefit of Iridescent Horrors and Heralds).
