Balance:
Slight nerf to un-upgraded Invocation of Nehek healing (24% heal instead of 30%).
Slight nerf to Earth Blood healing (total heal reduced to 12/18% for standard/overcast).
Life Bloom now restores 1%/sec fatigue.
Curse of Undeath healing buffed to 1%/sec from 0.8%/sec.

QoL:
Implemented a fix for the Kraggi ancillary breaking Runic Venting.

Balance:
Reduced (Master) Rune of Negation heal-per-contact and heal per second, but increased the radius of the Master version of the miscast and the duration of the HoT phases to compensate.
Reduced an erroneous +2/+4 uses for Rune of Earth to +1/+2. I really should just redo everything from that mod at some point.

Reduced base amount of each Elemental Rune from 5 to 3.

Removed the effect from Thorek's Runemaster skill that breaks the Runic Venting mechanic.

General:
Reduced likelihood of friendly fire with moving vortex spells due to extreme travel direction changes.

Fixes:
Removed erroneous imbue effect from a handful of High Magic spells.

Magic will be strengthened until complaining ceases.

"Balance":
All vortex/breath spells' damage output increased to a minimum of 150% of vanilla.
Mana costs for most extremely expensive spells (incidentally, these are mostly vortex spells) reduced up to 50%. M.A.D is now in effect.
Regrowith and Fleshy Abundance mana costs brought more into line with other single target regen spells.
Trollguts Upgraded regen amount reduced from 40% to 33% per unit. Trollguts remains the most expensive regen spell for a reason.
Invokation of Nehek Upgraded regen amount reduced from 30% to 20% per unit. Standard cast unchanged.
Shem's Burning Gaze (standard) standard damage increased from 20 to 40. AP remains unchanged.
Vindictive Glare projectiles reduced from 6 to 5, as this was in error.
