> Only available to crafts
- Both Viazovskas frames got buffs to their maneuverability stats, and a small one to their HP

> Most changes were small, it should not break your loadouts unless your mags were maxed out
- [EXPERIMENTAL FEATURE] Viazovska II can now mount two S1 missiles in addition to their main nose mount

> not yet represented on the model until I'm certain to keep them

> Hopefully this will make the Hui a serviceable carrier without quite matching the Levy since it is also a combat ship

> the elint module has to be a sphere, the cone option does not function
- Added back the Masquerade to the bomber

Scullion missile:
- Added Scullion [S3] variant that matches the behavior of the Pilum to use with strikecrafts
- All Scullions now have variable engine sizes to enable adjusting their range.
> This is required for strikecrafts that otherwise may launch those early.
- Modified all variants descriptions to explicitely inform which missiles they match the performance of.

FIXES:
- Fixed Dedekind's scaled down armor damage
- Fixed typo with the Noether's hull bonuses, now has +25% gun accuracy rather than -25%
