-made it so that the right opposition can now depoliticize the military
-putting the supreme soviet in charge removes factionalism national spirit
-made the chance of assasinating stalin 100% if you align the NKVD and 80% if you do not
- if you complete "depoliticite the military" focus, generals and admirals with traits Bukharinist, trotskyist and stalinist lose those traits.
