Added Gems
- T5 Melee & Ranged
- NEEDS T5 FBX as I just copied the T4 and renamed to T5
- T1-5 Regeneration Gem
- Gives buff to HealthPerSecond stat.
- T1-5 Health Gem
- Gives buff to MaxHealth stat.
- T1-5 Foraging Gem
- T1-5 Hauling Gem
- T1-5 Ranching Gem
- T1-5 Alchemy Gem
- Debug Alchemy Gem
- Gives +999 Alchemy but can only be spawned using debug console.
- Set to exclusive = debug so that no raiders or traders should be able to spawn with it.

Changed Gems
- All Gems
- Reorganized into Categories in the crafting tables.
- Converted to roman numerals in the names.
- Moved into their own octdat file containing itemType definition, recipe definition, and research definition
- Warrior Gem
- Changed required research to Regeneration Gem V
- Added Regeneration V to Ingredients and possible buffs
- T1-5 Farming Gem (fixed)

- Potion Changes
- Reorganized into Categories in the crafting tables (health, energy, etc..).
- Fixed Death Potion to now actually kill when drank.
