* (Technology) Basic Synaptic Cultivation: Hive Empires with the 'Innate Design' Civic can now bypass the Gene Banks prerequisite technology
* Empires with the 'Teachers of the Shroud' Origin can now research any technology locked behind the 'Mind over Matter' Ascension Perk
* Empires with the 'Planetscapers' Civic (or similar) can now research any technology locked behind the 'Mastery of Nature' Ascension Perk
* (Buildings) Neural Mass Cultivation Buildings: Hive World bonus should now trigger on some modded planet types
* (Buildings) Alpha Node & Local Expansion Node: Alpha Node now increases the maximum number of Local Expansion Nodes on the planet by 2, instead of Local Expansion Node having a base cap of 2. Gameplay-wise, there's no difference between pre and post-update
