Another attempt to fix the issue preventing fertilizer from being crafter on a server restart.

Reduced the max slots that the poop collector can have from 500 down to 450, this is to address an issue where the collector will stop making fertilizer if it was completely full while the game/server is restarted.

Fixed an issue caused by the last update that was displaying the fertilizer as an unlearned engram.

Found a potential issue that could cause some poop to be picked up but never placed in the collector if it did not have enough free slots.

Fixed an issue that was stopping fertilizer from being crafted when it became too full.
Re-added the ini config that allows you to increase inventory slots.

Picking up and placing the collector again may be necessary for the recent fixes.

Improved how fertilizer is distributed to nearby crops and added support for SS and S+

Hotfix for an issue that was causing an incorrect amount of fertilizer being added to nearby crop plots.

Added a new option that will allow the poop collector to distribute fertilizer into nearby crop plots (currently does not support SS or S+)

Removed the ability to transfer poop to other structures and added the fertilizer to be auto crafted.
A crafting speed config has been added.

Fixed an issue where the engram could only be learnt on SE and can now be unlocked on all maps.
