Minor fixes after 2.0 update. Main change: update to all scripts used on the jet.

Version 2.0 For All Of My Jets

Changes include:
* Totally new missile naming system that allows for multiple missile types
* Short ranged missiles are restricted to 2 km only and are called FOX-2
* Long ranged missiles have unlimited 5km range and are called FOX-3
* Cockpits no longer have "switch_target" command

* New 20° FOV thumbnail with "2.0" mark
* Updated controls and control guides
* Updated "free shots" of the models

* Minor external bug fixes
* Minor internal bug fixes

Fixed an issue with timer releasing the gun pod instead of the EFT #01.

Large overhaul to all F-15s. Updates include new naming schemes on some blocks, new targeting parameters for designators and fix for the missing second turret on some models.
