Additions:

* Added Cold War Style drops, these drops can drop money, ammo, or equipment like Monkey Bombs! They start randomly dropping at Round 5 when you kill zombies.

Fixes:

* Fixed Quick Revive's FX and clip remaining in solo after 3 uses.
* Fixed collision issues around the pots of gold during dog spawning.
* Other internal fixes to further support mods.

Removals:

* Removed Infil, it was just a test and doesn't fit the map. It will be available for other mappers soon.
