Changed some policies that affect wealthy citizens, thereby increasing their numbers slightly. Also got rid of Brain Drain situation while slightly reducing Skills Shortage.

Made some changes to the economy to increase income and decrease spending. This will hopefully mean you don't get into a debt crisis as quickly.

Added many situations both positive and negative to the mod.

Slightly changed University grants from Partial Grants to Only Grants for Poor Students to reflect real world values. Public libraries value was also decreased slightly.

Ethnic Minorities are now the majority to have policies like the Racial Discrimination Act and Workforce Quotas (BEE) make sense. It isn't a perfect fix but it'll do for now. Also fixed the Executive Term Limit to 2.

Made slight adjustments to retirement age and labour laws to better reflect the countries pro-union stance.

Made changes to the countries max GDP to make the late-game more viable. Future changes will include changes to policies regarding poverty, health and education.

Made some adjustments to the number of youth, racial tensions due to apartheid and coal energy supply due to mining as well as added a bunch of new policies.
