A rather significant update:
Adjusted magic regen formula to remove abuse cases. Your magic regen as a percentage of your maximum now improves slightly as your maximum magic increases.
Removed flat costs on spells. They now only cost a percentage of your current magic. Spells now have minimum current magic cost to reflect the previous minimum needed magic to cast them.
Adjusted the cost of most spells. Spells now regen their cost when cast at 100% magic equal to the previous best case in the vanilla system by altering your max magic.

Removed CCSE dependency.
