- Adding spells to those with spellweapons but didn't gain them upon transforming. Level 3 spells still need to be attained in a library.(Archmage, Vampire Baron, Lich Queen / Mummy, Crystal Sorceress, Mufti, Warlock of Earth via Alchemist, Warlock of Water via Hydromancer.)

- Renamed Dredge Swamp to Excavate Swamp Pit to align with other pit creating rituals. Reduced cost of swamp version to 500 fungus and increased gold cost to 800.
- Enchanters should now be able to continue studying after level 1 but some conditions will end it.
- Enchanter's now start with a coal mine instead of a gold stream.
- Reworked a number of enchanter levelup / newrit rituals.
- Enchanter's Aristocracy will now get hedge enchanter recruits. 1 for each Adept of a flavor and two for masters.

- Removed rebateterr on some rituals because there seems to be a bug.
- Pale One soldiers should now correctly upgrade into Ancient Pale ones and not vampire guards.

- Monks now gatherrelics
- Militia now take damage when they are not on the expanded human settlement terrain list.

- Lowered class based gold penalties. Will adjust again as needed.

- Added gold penalty by class depending on the class type. The more power is aggregated into fewer hands the greater the penalty(e.g. -10% for Monarchy, -50% Absolute Monarchy), likewise the less organized society the higher the penalty (e.g. -45% Anarchy, -50% Primitive Anarchy). Republic is considered the base and has no penalty.
