### LOCALISATION ###
* Commented out (hopefully) redundant localisation keys
* Fixed a type in Unbound
* Added new localisation for already existing keys: station_gatherers_volatile_motes_produces_mult, station_gatherers_exotic_gases_produces_mult, and station_gatherers_rare_crystals_produces_mult
* Added trait_ruler_maladroit and trait_ruler_maladroit_desc

### FIXES & QOL ###
* (ANNEX MODULE) Should now add Ruler traits correctly again
* (TRUNCATE MODULE) Should no longer remove the Land Of The Free ruler trait even if you have the Unbound species trait

### NEW! ###
* (Ruler Trait) Maladroit: Reduces Mining Station Volatile Mote, Exotic Gas, and Rare Crystal Output by 20% [Requires Inept species trait]

Xenology Unofficial | Version 1.3.0 "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness"

### COMPATIBILITY ###
* Added scripted trigger has_xte_unofficial_bio for other mods to check for if needed, can also use the global_flag xte_un_bio_installed

### LOCALISATION ###
* Added new lines for the new traits to every other language, but no translation yet

### QOL ###
* Unified much of the script between the Bio module and Annex module. Should behave the exact same, but hopefully more performant

### NEW! ###
* (Species Trait) Unbound
* Modifiers: +25% Egalitarian Ethics Attraction, -33% Slave Pop Output, -50% Slave Happiness, +10% Resource Output & +20% Happiness if no enslaved species in the empire

* (Ruler Trait) Land of the Free
* Modifiers: +15% Trade Attractiveness, +100% Ethics Shift Speed, -25% Slave Pop Output, +25% Crime, +20% Faction Unity Output

### ANNEX & TRUNCATE MODULE ###
* Annex & Truncate modules have been updated for the new traits
* Annex module now calls Bio module events due to the aforementioned script unification, which should make maintaining it much easier
