All leaders should (tm) be getting the traits the description says they should. Will not fix existing leaders, only new ones. Use console commands to add missing traits, or hire a replacement leader.

Governor/Diligent now gives +10% unity production to the planet, as Species/Humble already gave a +5% Worker pop output.

Ruler/Profligate now have more severe penalties, so be careful if your species is hedonistic.

Governor/Diligent now gives a +10% Worker Job Production multiplier instead of -5% Job Upkeep multiplier.
