### COMPATIBILITY ###
* Every leader trait key has been renamed to a more standardized format (trait_ruler_valiant -> xte_leader_trait_valiant, trait_admiral_paladin -> xte_leader_trait_admiral_paladin, etc)
* trait_ruler_tyrannical has been refactored into xte_leader_trait_domineering

### LOCALISATION ###
* Tyrannical has been renamed to Domineering to avoid confusion with a Vanilla trait of the same name
* Reworked species trait descriptions involving leaders.
* Due to the many changes to the localisation, I've had to erase the existing translations for Xenology as I'd rather the mod be untranslated than incorrect. If you want to make a translation (either as a separate mod or making a pull request on GitHub) I'd greatly appreciate it.

### UI ###
* (Species Trait) Unbound: Changed the icon to something I feel fits better

### BALANCE ###
* All former Ruler traits (except Ancestral Knowledge) have been converted into traits for Councilors
* (Councilor Trait) Profligate: Should now work similarly to Vanilla negative traits with tiers
* Having multiple Councilors with the same trait in your council will reduce its effectiveness (3 Councilors -> 1/3 of the effects per trait, 6 -> 1/6, etc)
* (Various) Multiple leader traits that added a flat +1 to something (trait points, tech alternatives, etc) now add 1.02 to account for rounding errors caused by the above change

### QOL & FIXES ###
* All Ancestral Knowledge traits have been consolidated into a singular leader trait
* Xenology Leader Traits opposites now include upgraded leader traits
* (General Trait) Forecaster: Fixed typo for icon

### ANNEX & TRUNCATE ###
* Updated to support the above changes

### KNOWN ISSUES ###
* Leaders that start off as your ruler occasionally don't get Xenology Leader Traits
