New:

-New Faction Space Aliens
-3 ground vehicles (not very developed)
-Alliance between ZPG and IR4/Pirates and Space Aliens
-2 new ships 1 space and another hybrid

Improved the behavior of some ships as the most dangerous became passive (unless you get close to them).

Fixed some bugs like turrets being turned off or ships crashing into the target.
