fixed a few problems with the Hitman's Xcom deck. Most notable, instead of only Blademaster, Cutthroat, and Shadowstrike appearing in the T2 deck(SGT and SSGT), there will now be the usual fourteen perks, including ones aimed towards improving the pistol. Certain other perks that may have been implemented improperly in the T1 and T3 Xcom decks have also been fixed, so you shouldn't get any blank spots in the xcom row from now on.

I am still trying to hunt down a case where the T4(MSGT) xcom perk is missing, so if you have this problem, please let me know and try respecing your soldier a few times so you can tell me what it is not.

Renamed the class mod from the Tough to the Hitman.

Replaced Whirlwind with Disarming Strike.

Fixed a bug where the Hitman would not get any stat boosts at squaddie. this would also prevent the Hitman from equipping a PCS.
