changed lobby counters to fix stacking issue

fixed stacking counters in both bathrooms

added big ol' fence

changed lobby to fit new counters and feel more like a lobby

fixed wonkiness of rugs

changed some windows to be actual windows

added backdoor (and trashcan) to spiffos

finished Zippee Market / Fossoil station

added lightswitches in hallway

added grime under doors and around building

added facility and road to in game map
