Deleted the 1.3 dll because it was causing an error. Tell me if you want me to reup the old version as a separate mod.
Also replaced the checkbox for ignoring the armor cap with a box to let you set your own armor cap. Didn't test it.

Fixed the settings. Can adjust the modifier for armor at max durability, the modifier for armor without durability (bloat expanded warcaskets) will be halfway between 1 and that modifier, and you can allow armor post-modifier to go over 200%.
