Got rid of the red overlay when downed since it was off-center
I will try to find a way to make it centered and re-add it but I willl remove it for now

Removed Pre-Included Crosshair.
This now allows for the use of other custom crosshairs or the default crosshair.

In terms of compatibility, any crosshair mod that is compatible with the original SCHISM HUD should still work and testing with various mods have proved that.
Note that this does not mean ALL crosshair mods are compatible as some are built in diffrent ways which can result in incompatibilty. Though most crosshairs that state it needs a 'crosshair compatible hud' should work fine.
