Hearts spawned by Tainted Maggy can no longer become cell hearts.

Removed cell hearts from the shops due to how buggy custom pickups are in the shops.

I broke the Keeper support with the last update, so now it's fixed back up.

Also, Tainted Beth now gains minisaac instead of blood charges from cell hearts.

Turning off MinimapAPI support since it stopped working, and I have no idea how to make it work again.

Cell Hearts can now be found on sale in shops.

Added support for Options? when picking up cell hearts.

Test Tube now has 6 charges, but can be charged by picking up red hearts while at full hearts (or no red hearts).

Fixed Horse Mitosis to correctly spawn 6 minisaacs instead of 3.

Fixed lingering shadow of Cell Hearts being picked up.
Changed Test Tube charges from 6 to 4.
Added Keeper and Tainted Keeper support. Since they can't have hearts even spawned, they have a 10% chance to gain minisaacs instead of blue flies when they would encounter a red heart.

Added Test Tube and Mitosis pill.
