- Added flag-style modes for frozen and collision statuses
- Server can now set the default enabled status for new users
- Can be set to only display while holding toolgun or physgun, which is now enabled by default

- Fixed an issue where CPPI data would be incorrect due to the client not having it readily available, requiring server info
- Fixed entity boxsize from displaying as negative
