- Fixed the logic for joined messages that caused an error and duplicate join messages.
- Optimized the preview and poster images considerably to bring the package size way down.

- Fixed when players quit to desktop or leave game from the death screen not generating a player has left message.
- Optimized the code to be more compatible with other mods and more performant.
- Added two sandbox vars to enable or disable the join/leave messages.
- Tested on build 41.66

- Player disconnect messages are now working when a player quits the server or exits to desktop.
- Fixed bug where connected message was displaying each time you died and re-spawned a new character.
