Updated localization, reduced minrolls on wild swings by 2, increased cost and reduced max roll of chloroform, reduced rolls of smoke screen, reworked gas tanks passive, added another passive to Em's page, change 2nd die of overstimulation to roll 5-12. Thanks to Bong, Undefined and Katsuda for help with the code.
