Added patches to Gilded Magpie's Heraldic Shields mod:
- Heraldic shields are no longer craftable (with Smoker's Expanded Offhands why would you want them?)
- Instead, they are now used by Human militia whenever an incursion occurs, as a means of nerfing them.
- Coding has been added to provide a weight of 0.152 to every Human armed with a sword and a shield; Smoker's mod made villagers with Kite Shields fairly powerful.

2 of Gilded Magpie's hairs from her Mongol Hat Hairs pack have been rectified, they had areas which were identified as being originally part of a hat. They have been joined by two new Mongol-themed headpieces made by mating different parts from her mods and this one (these changes were long overdue).

Still tinkering with the groupIndex values for headpieces, beginning with Chullos and Monteras.

I've managed to get the crazier ones (chamber pots, saucepans, fruit) to appear only on peasants, but I still don't know what the number 1,2, and 3 refer to. It's either "hunter, mystic, warrior" or some order I know nothing about. There are clues, especially from random combat tests, but nothing conclusive so far.
