Long War Rules Integration - Praetorian Sectopods are properly restricted to Mission-types that allow Sectopod spawning when playing in Long War of The Chosen

Small balance patch after a long time - Praetorians Spawned via the Praetorian Beacon obtained via Grim Horizons will have the spawned Praetorians scamper on the first turn instead of gaining a turn to act immediately.
