version 1.2 "Manifest Destiny"

increased the district bonus cap from 8 to 20, this should allow larger modded habitats to give higher bonuses, this will not impact non modded habitats

slightly tweaked orbital radius of habitats built through decisions to be more inline with the original mod

added update number to thumbnail

Changed the space elevator specifications from cannot built on habitats to cannot build on artificial planets, meaning it can also no longer be built on ringworlds or likely most other modded habitable megastructures
