version 3.0 "Zone of Endless"

Expanded the event based check system to all structures built by decisions in this mod (habitats, orbital rings, major and minor orbitals), they will now all refund their respective resources at the end of construction if there is already an instance of them present.

Removed the Orbital Zoning Decision as it is now no longer required thanks to the additional event checks.

Constructing Orbital Habitats via Decisions now grants a free major or minor orbital (depending if they are built above a planet or a moon) the same as building one via a construction ship in the base game.

Deactivated events Space elevator 200, 215 and 230 for causing potential issues, gameplay should be mostly unaffected as these were intended to catch edge cases. Will look into fixing or replacing them at a later date.

Prosperity preacher jobs will now give unity job bonuses instead of trade job bonuses in line with their reclassification in the base game.

version 2.9 "Deadlock"

Added a new check to prevent multiple habitats from being built in the same system, the decision will now check at the end of construction if there is already a habitat in the system and refund its resource cost if there is.

version 2.8 "Cornucopia"

Catalytic empires now get bonuses to food production from foundry and strategic resource refiner jobs as these use food and not minerals, factory jobs still give bonuses to minerals.

Rogue Servitor and Driven Assimilators now get a +1% bonus to food from administrator jobs instead of a +0.5% bonus to all resources.

Grid Amalgamated and Livestock slaves now give a +1% bonus to Research and Food, respectively.

Streamlined the ruler check code, it should now work with all modded ruler jobs.

version 2.7 "Solomon's Judgement"

After some deliberation most of the bonuses provided by the mod have been nerfed by half, this is due to the fact that they are now uncapped and this mod was created before the 3.9 update when individual habitats were a lot less powerful. To compensate somewhat all ruler class jobs now give a +1% bonus to all resources.

Fixed translucers giving two bonuses and mote harvesters giving none.
