* Renamed ProceduralDistributions.lua to BicPenProceduralDistributions.lua - this is to avoid clashes with other mods which just so happened to drop a file with the same name in their media/lua/server folder.

* Added compatibility for 41.71 (unstable branch) - Those of you still using the stable branch should be unaffected.
* Cut the spawn chance approximately in half for the majority of containers.

Added support for the Skill Journal mod (or more specifically, it adds the BicPen to any recipe called "Base.Transcribe Journal")

Checked if the green colour still works since the update. It does. If it isn't working for you, someone else's mod broke mine.
