Removed the player plot armor "Don't gang up on players" wich allows multiple ai to try and murder a player at once.

increased ai realm priest opinion
increased ai piety gain
increased men at arms on extreme, increased vassal limit on hard

- knight limit increased by 1
- short reign penalty duration reduced by 20%
- long reign bonus increased by 20 %
Very Hard
- knight limit increased by 2
- short reign penalty duration reduced by 40%

Extremely Hard

ai gets general opinion 5 on all difficulties

all men at arms counter modifiers removed because it was character based and the player can abuse it too easily, same reason why ai combat advatage is only 5, the player gets to chose ai rulers to be his commanders wich defeats the purpose of having it in the first place.

added serval modifiers from the ai only version to this mod to bring them both in line, got rid of player debuffs where it made sense
