Updated SoundCategories sbc to current version of vanilla

Added 2 circular variants of ceiling lights to the pack, 6 blocks for LG, 3 for SG

Updated Airtightness of spotlight blocks to be on, previously they were not airtight at all even though the back and bottoms of the sloped versions should be.

Updated a minor issue with 3 of the Nav lights build states not appearing properly.

Added 2 full block/inset ceiling lights for LG, added 6 new Navigation lights (4 for LG, 2 for SG)

Added 2 halfblock ceiling lights

Added an area light with a max range of 200m

Updated majority of the Lights directional positioning

Updated Mountpoints on SG Multispectral Sensor, and SG/LG 1x2 sloped spotlights. Thanks to Wiley Coyote on Discord for making me aware of this issue :)
