-Changed scorecard permissions from "Black" (Gamemaster) to "Grey" (All) so it can be viewed and edited by any player. If this was not changed, someone would literally have to ONLY be a scorekeeper.🙃

-Changed table type to allow for more than 4 players.
-Added notebook named "Scorecard" for scoring purposes
