-Tweaked Wisp's stats some, nothing too big.

Due to requests and for the ease of newer players:
- lowered hunger rate, she still needs to eat the same amount, just not as often.
- made stale food have no drawbacks, no health or nutritional minuses anymore!
- increased speed a smidge. Just a smidge.

Put actually useful effects for her invisibeard fur coat. (grows in five days and offers 15 beard hairs when full)

Extra note! - There is also a spare atlas file for her sprite that has her whiskers lowered so that they arent floating above her head. I decided I didn't really like it and it is not the active atlas file, but you can turn it on by renaming it in the anim .rar file, if you happen to prefer it.

Added missing line in prefab file that was causing crashes without ROG.
