Loading screens: Added Francis’ gloves to Death Toll, Dead Air and Blood Harvest.

Lobby: Added Francis’ gloves to his select ui.

HUD: Fixed stray pixels from Francis’ old tattoo on his portrait. Added L4D2 design to Hunter, Boomer and Tank on the Stats and Versus GUIs.
