This mod no longer modifies the table agent_recruitment_categories_tables, after doing pure testing I can't determine that this has any impact on the recruitment of lords or at least not as I expected, the change will be applied instantly even if the player will not notice anything. Thanks to the user Ydok4 who was the one who gave me the data.
