Experimental update: Adds commands for toggling crowbar and gravgun.
Commands:
hr_toggleCrowbar
hr_toggleGravGun

Note: I haven't extensively tested this update, the way stuff is loaded may not work, if it doesn't, I'll revert back to the previous version temporarily.
