->TSL support for Firaxis TSL Earth Standard, Firaxis TSL Earth Huge, Firaxis TSL Europe, Firaxis TSL Mediterranean, Firaxis TSL East Aia, YnAMP: Giant Earth, YnAMP: Large Europe, and YnAEMP: Play Europe Again.

->Mithridates II yields from declaring a Protectorate War or liberating a city lowered from 10 turns to 5 turns.

->Parthia increased to 0.5 Culture per Citizen in an occupied city.
->Parni Horse Archer increased to 1 Gold maintenance, lowered to cost from 10 Horses to 5 Horses to produce, and lowered to 23 Ranged Strength.
->Satrap's Court now provides City Strength, grants +2 Loyalty when at war and -1 Loyalty when at peace, and Strategic Resources Stockpile increases by +10.
