Fixed several errors that could occur with existing characters when adding the mod after the start of the game.

Fixed disabling substance abuse traits for the mod. You can now enable a separate disable mod that comes with this workshop item to disable the traits.

Fixed issue with adding mod to existing servers causing exisiting players to not have the mod data attached to their character. the mod now checks every in game hour for the data and initializes it if not present.
