Removed Collision to make building easier. Still searching for a solution to why cargo trains can't load/unload fuel. Please use trucks for now to deliver nuclear fuel to the plant.

Some UV and Mesh Errors on Stage 2 fixed, updated transformer-array on stage 2 (Protective Walls have 3 sections instead of 2). Fixed elevation of Stage 1 steam output.
