Fixed minor things

Added lightsaber, fixed ttt skins more

Turns out that last one "fixed" team damage by disabling the weapons entirely lol. Should hopefully now disable team damage for every mode except DM where its needed

Maybe fixed TTT skin stuff, and maybe fixed melee weapons doing team damage

Fixed melee weapons should work in most modes now, jumping is still buggy in offline but not really important as most people play online anyway

Attempting to fix melee weapons in modes with no teams, and fix jumping being buggy offline

Added short jumping, shouldn't be too OP as it's 25cm.

Note that when playing offline, jumping is way higher than it's supposed to be, but works perfectly online and only allows small jumps.
