Apparently forgot to rebuild after removing some debug code before the hotfix (sorry, it was right before bed for me!), removed it - all it did was display some extra info in the bottom right that wasn't intended for release, no harm done.

Hotfix for issue on loading where bottom of map was turned into water, perhaps a RW data saving bug, bypassed their code for now to fix.

Also fixed potential issue with Soil Relocation Framework regarding namespace name change from prerelease name.
