Version 2.0 For All Of My Jets

Changes include:
* Totally new missile naming system that allows for multiple missile types
* Short ranged missiles are restricted to 2 km only and are called FOX-2
* Long ranged missiles have unlimited 5km range and are called FOX-3
* Cockpits no longer have "switch_target" command

* New 20° FOV thumbnail with "2.0" mark
* Updated controls and control guides
* Updated "free shots" of the models

* Minor external bug fixes
* Minor internal bug fixes

First large overhaul. Designator turrets were repainted black, artificial horizon system was updated, new fake EFTs installed and bombing system changed. Overall dimensions and weight are the same.
