Nomads "Research module" got nerfed. More upkeep, a bit more expensive to build and less research produced.

Basically this is a pure nomad empire which doesnt need any planets or territory!

Another change for Voidangels (God's Vengeance -perk) + Hivemoons (Galactic Plague -perk).
Their weapon is now not anymore Kinetic+Energy, now its only Energy.

This means they are still very powerful, but are easier to counter now for balance.
