- Added 2 Clutch waves in Ashpit

Fixed some Ashpit waves that could cause a softlock

- Changed some waves in Mausoleum so enemies aren't softlocked behind rocks on some layouts
- Removed a Heretic wave so you have less chances to encounter two Heretics

Fixed (for real this time) Greed button not reappearing after being despawned by Clog

- Fixed greed button appearing on Ultra greed floor and Death Certificate floor
- Cultists from The Heretic Devil wave are replaced by Lil Haunts in order to prevent them respawning the two previous bosses

Fixed Greed plate being pressable after the last wave, causing the game to crash

Fixed Greed Plate being replaced by a poop spawned by Clog

Fix floor skipping if you went from an alt floor to a regular one
Chances to encounter Corpse on 5th floor is now 50% instead of 25% (still 100% chances on alt path only, don't worry)

- Alt path floors now appear 1 floor later
- Removed a Pile wave in Ashpit in order to prevent double Pile which is very hard
