Bugfix :
-Player able to light a cigarette with no stove when a generator is nearby

Updated :
-Icons for the car lighter have been reworked. Tri-Icon slice is now only shown when an element is missing.
-The vanilla-like icon is now shown when all element are present
-The radial menu center text now show missing element when hovering over the Car Lighter
-Tweaked down the time it take to light a cigarette

Updated compatibility layer with a sub-menu for the car-lighter feature. Now player can choose what to smoke
